Behind the scenes, our team works hard to gather vital data and build out our technology solutions to best fit the unique needs of each client. Because we are platform agnostic, our team can build on many different user friendly and robust platforms and test them to ensure efficacy.
Even after open enrollment has closed, our Data & Technology team’s job is not over. The team works to wrap up the enrollment by exporting the data from the enrollment platform and crunching the numbers to provide our broker and employer partners with an easy-to-digest summary of the enrollment. Our team uses these reports to help us create new strategies for the implementation and development of our technology solutions, ensuring that the enrollment process becomes simpler and easier each time.
PES also offers billing and reconciliation solutions for our clients. Providing billing reconciliation allows our team to ensure that employers do not overpay for their employee benefit plans and that carriers do not pay claims on employees that aren’t covered or are no longer employed.
